Paul Manivannan

I have been in the Hiring and Recruitment space for over a decade as a business owner, operator, and entrepreneur. Having hired over 10k people across differing sectors, in 2020, with a payroll of 670 staff I turned my attentions to Global Tech in a momentous pivot into the US Market.

Since this time I have focused on the tech start up, scale up space between seed and series B. As a Fractional Chief People Officer, trusted by VC’s, I ignite Tech Scale Ups with VC introductions to funding, strategic talent advice and consultancy on Hiring Strategy, Talent road maps, cultural alignment, competitor data analysis combined with 100% delivery of the hiring demand. I am supported by a network of over 400+ global recruitment companies to ensure that I can take my clients individual needs to market and provide them with the best talent provider.

I am a Chief People Officer / consultancy powered by an embedded recruitment network as part of a holistic solution which navigates the talent challenge, delivers the people my clients need, whilst saving them time, money and creating peace of mind.

My core competencies include new business development, marketing communications, and customer relationship management. I create and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs and goals of each business, ranging from simple pens to robot race tracks. I also collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team of experts, partners, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and impact of our services.
